Where adrenaline meets audience

Cobalt Wild is a marketing & event-promotion agency built for the fast, the cold, the wet, and the loud — motorsports, wintersports, watersports, and the auto industry.

The short version

Most agencies chase impressions. We chase heart rates. Cobalt Wild turns races, rides, and reveals into stories fans feel in their chest — and makes your brand the reason they showed up.

What we do

Built to move crowds.

/01

Event Promotion

Full-throttle, end-to-end: positioning, ticketing pushes, street-level and digital campaigns that put crowds in seats.

/02

Brand Activation

Trackside, slopeside, dockside. Immersive brand moments fans queue for, photograph, and talk about for seasons.

/03

Sponsorship Strategy

Matchmaking with horsepower — valuation, packaging, and partner management that keeps sponsors renewing.

/04

Content & Film

Season docs, launch films, vertical-first cutdowns. Cameras where the action is, edits that hit like the event did.

/05

Fan Experience

Fan zones, hospitality, meet-and-greets, and second-screen moments designed around the spectator, not the schedule.

/06

Media & Amplification

PR, creators, broadcast, and paid — one integrated push so the event echoes far beyond the venue fence.

How a project runs

Race weekend rules.

01 / GRID WALK

Discover

We walk your grid — audience, market, venue, sponsors — and find the story worth promoting.

02 / POLE POSITION

Strategy

Positioning, creative, channels, and sponsorship packaging locked before anything goes loud.

03 / GREEN LIGHT

Launch

Production, promotion, and activation executed at full send — with a live pit wall watching the data.

04 / PODIUM

Prove & scale

Attendance, reach, revenue, renewals. We debrief on numbers, then build the next season bigger.

Race briefing

Questions from the grid.

Q/01 What does Cobalt Wild actually do?

We promote events and build brand campaigns in adrenaline sports. That means positioning and creative, ticket-driving campaigns, sponsorship strategy, on-site brand activations, content and film, and fan experience design — run as one integrated program, from first announcement to post-event debrief.

Q/02 Which industries do you work in?

Four verticals: motorsports (race promotion, paddock experiences), wintersports (contest tours, resort partnerships), watersports (series launches, beach festivals), and the auto industry (model reveals, dealer programs, test-drive tours). If it goes fast, cold, wet, or loud, it is our arena.

Q/03 Do you only promote events, or run brand campaigns too?

Both. Event promotion is the core craft, but most partners keep us on for season-long brand programs — sponsorship packaging, athlete content, and activation series that carry momentum between event weekends.

Q/04 How does a project start?

With a short brief through the contact form — what you are promoting, dates, audience, goals. We come back with a first read on how we would run it. From there the process is four phases: Discover, Strategy, Launch, and Prove & Scale.

Q/05 Do you handle sponsorship sales?

We handle sponsorship strategy end to end: property valuation, package design, partner matchmaking, and ongoing partner management aimed at renewals — sponsors who come back next season are the real KPI.

Q/06 How far ahead should we book?

The earlier, the better. Tours and multi-stop series are best planned a season ahead; single events need at least a few months of runway for the promotion to compound. If your timeline is tighter than that, ask anyway — schedules shift.
